This is the personal portfolio of Hani Al Naber. It collects as little as possible — here is the complete picture.

Analytics (only with your consent)

With your explicit consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. Until you press “Accept” on the consent banner, no analytics code loads and no data is sent anywhere — there are no pre-consent pings. If you decline, nothing is ever loaded. You can change your mind at any time via the small “privacy” link in the corner of every page.

• What Google Analytics receives: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address (the IP itself is not logged by GA4), device and browser type, and a first-party cookie identifier. Google Signals and advertising features are disabled; data is not used for ads and is never sold.
• Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Processing is governed by Google’s data processing terms; transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention: analytics data is kept for the shortest period GA4 offers (2 months), then deleted automatically.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, it is honored automatically: analytics is treated as declined without you having to do anything, and the site shows a notice confirming the signal was respected.

What is NOT collected

• No advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.
• No sale or sharing of personal information (in the CCPA/CPRA sense).
• No other third-party requests: fonts and all media are self-hosted, so your visit does not contact any server other than this site — and Google Analytics only after you consent.
• No accounts, no forms, no cookies other than the optional analytics cookie above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export data about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. For anything related to this site, email hanialnaber@gmail.com and I will handle it directly.
